Riley Charles | Acrobatic Instructor

17 years as a competitive gymnast, competing for the regional, state and national team.

Riley started gymnasts when he was four years old and soon after began competing. After extensive competitions in Australia Riley transitioned from Men’s Artistic Gymnastics into Acrobatic Gymnastics, at age 13. Riley was named on the Queensland State Team when he was 14 years old and remained on the team for the remainder of his career whilst winning multiple National Championships.

Whilst on the Queensland team Riley was awarded the “Barry Martin Award” for excellence in Gymnastics, while leading the Queensland team by example and nurturing upcoming gymnastics. In 2016 Riley competed in Las Vegas at the first International Acro Vegas Cup, where he placed 4th for Australia. Riley is now excited for his next chapter in the sport, which will instil his passion for the sport into the next generation.

We are very excited to welcome Riley to QPA as our Acrobatic Teacher.
